1,Feature and function

(1)Flywheel pull the transmission shaft rotation

(2)The transmission shaft with spindle up and down adhere “V”slideway

(3)The spindle can be moved with the machine body on two fixed pillar(the spindel to worktable distance is adjustment)

(4)Below the spindle there has one hole(¢20*45mm) to instal customize mould(it is customized as the product feature)

(5)This machine design is compact, control system is safely structure,and punching edge is smoothly

(2)the electromagnet through charge or discharge current to control brake handle

(3)electrical control box decide electromagnet charge or discharge current

(4)the foot pedal control the spindle press or not.

3,Main usageUsed in punching, bending, blanking, cutting, riveting, etc. The major driving manner is that the electromotor drives the fly wheel ,through the function of clutch to punch the cards.Because the punching The speed is fast and the power is strong(10kn-30kn/Punch),the edge of the cards is smoothly cut .The machine is desgined with precise automatic punching location holes.4,The Technical Parameter
